Roshan Group was founded in the year 2010. The company soon diversified its operations into the developing commercial spaces and holiday homes in addition to residential projects. It has grown significantly over the years as an environment-focused construction and real estate developer and has carved a reputation for delivering high-quality, eco-friendly developments on time. It is known for its superior quality and business practices. The company has successfully delivered over 60,000 sq. ft. of residential & commercial spaces. Currently, it also has over 1,70,000 sq. ft. of the area under development.

I have been a firm believer in delivering excellence to our customers and developing infrastructure that keeps the people and the environment safe and secure. Right from inception, I along with my team ensure that we deliver just that.

In my early days as a young entrepreneur, two Incidents changed the course of my approach and thought process completely. One, When I was struggling and switching jobs, I got an opportunity to meet the former Vice President, Honorable Mr. Hamid Ansari. After a formal chat, he said “I can see a self-motivated and compassionate businessman in you, and you should start your own business rather than work for others. It only takes a small business with a big vision to provide employment to many people one day”. Alhamdulillah today there are around 51 people working in the Roshan group.
The other one, when I started trading silver foils and not getting the results I expected, I happened to meet my friend’s father Mr. Zia Ullah Ansari, the owner of Rose Locks and Zakaria Market and discussed my problem. He told me the thumb rule of a business model. He said “For a startup, the first year is the loss year, the second year is the break-even year, and the third year is when you start making money. So, patience and perseverance are the keys to success”
The entire Roshan Group is dedicated to the cause and will continue to work hard to develop sustainable community living. We have successfully delivered several projects to our customer’s satisfaction and many more are underway.
